Bunny Tail Babies Ships Quickly and Securely

Bunny Tail Babies ships all your items very quickly using United States Postal Service Priority Mail. This usually means that your item will arrive three to four business days after shipment.

All items will be shipped the Monday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after payment is received. In the case of custom orders, the fully customized item will be shipped the Monday or Thursday following its completion. If there are any exceptions or delays to this process, such as postal holidays, you will be notified by email. Your item should arrive within one week of shipment if you live in the continental U.S.

In the very unlikely event that you have not received your item after two weeks (four weeks for custom orders), please contact us so we can verify your address.

Always be certain that your the Paypal shipping address is the one that you would like for your item to be sent to. A mistake or contradiction could lead to a delay in your package's arrival, and we want you to receive your item as soon as possible!

Please bear in mind that, when appropriate, we try to reuse mailers and packages, provided they are in excellent condition. We do this to help minimize waste and to save you money on shipping. While we only use mailers that are still in good or excellent condition, you may notice a slight bit of wear. This does not mean your item is damaged or has been mishandled, it simply indicates that we chose to reuse an often-wasted resource. We also frequently use mailers made from recycled materials.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer shipping discounts on orders for multiple items except in the case of bulk orders (ten or more items). Please contact us if you have any questions about bulk ordering.
